Allergen Information
There are 14 major allergens which need to be declared when used as ingredients in a dish and these are:
- Celery
- Cereals containing gluten
- Crustaceans
- Eggs
- Fish
- Lupin
- Milk
- Molluscs
- Mustard
- Nuts
- Peanuts
- Sesame Seeds
- Soya
- Sulphur Dioxide
